These remote controls fit a 2005 Nissan Altima very well. If you go online there are videos showing you how to program the remotes. Have 2 remotes for a fraction of the cost of what the retailer is charging. No idea if the batteries are replaceable. But at this price, it's cheaper than just another remote control. Probably for the same battery cost, I recommend these remotes.
