I've been working alongside Ian from Imaction since May 2018 when he joined as Online Marketing Manager at my local client who are UK's leading provider of home improvement products - B&Q (UK).He has helped me develop all aspects including SEO & PPC accounts across multiple departments which include both main channels such as Google Shopping Direct Response Ads along social media platforms like Facebook Advertising/Bid Management etc.I have benefitted considerably by his knowledge around optimisation through effective keyword research techniques for AdWords /Paid Search Campaigns using toolsets available via google analytics data analysis or API calls. He also introduced other areas where it was necessary too but this did not feel limited only towards paid advertising methods due to their breadth. His professionalism throughout each stage of account management process makes him stand out compared to many others whom lack experience particularly over time scales and projects sizes required. It would be difficult trying to find someone I have worked closely with IMAction for over 3 years now and they are extremely professional, experienced, knowledgeable and trustworthy team members! They are also very flexible when it comes to meeting my needs as well as understanding where I am coming from at each stage of implementation. Nothing really - however if there's anything I've found difficult or frustrating, their support has been quick and efficient and always helpful.
