I bought it in September 2019 and I am happy with it. However, in the last month (October/November) two of them broke while being worn. The tape has come loose from the end of the clip that is attached to the frame of the built-in nozzle. Luckily I didn't lose my form. I thought the first case was an accident, but now two have. I've only worn the other four straps a couple of times, but I'm hesitant to use them because I don't want to lose shape. 90 day guarantee, I hope they keep it. The first broken strip is gone, but I gave away the second broken strip and the rest that are hardly used. Wouldn't buy again.
