Review on Crankbrothers Highline Dropper Seatpost Universal by Mike Rice

I'll start by saying I love Crank Brothers and will continue to recommend their pedals. Customer service is amazing too. I mean really good service. One of the people who worked on the development of this dropper actually worked with me and was very helpful when I had problems. I also think the omnidirectional handlebar mount is pretty cool. However, the Highline drip didn't always work. Sometimes it worked well, most of the time it crawled up or down very slowly and was frustrating as hell. So the customer service here was great, they offered tips and possible fixes, even replaced the cable and case and then installed it. They were amazing and helpful. The pipette worked flawlessly for several days. A month later they're crawling up again, crawling down, completely unreliable and potentially dangerous. So now I have to eat a $350 seat dropper that I can't use.
