I ordered these rivets with the intention of fixing the Bmw e36 hood strut brackets on the port and starboard sides but to no avail! Instead I'll try to buy steel rivets and epoxy clips that attach to the hood, a total of 5 rivets per clip with glue. I have to do the same job that only our awesome US Navy taught me about aircraft maintenance! When you first fix/maintain something, life tends to break/pass away.
