I use it to connect an Intel 9260 m.2 Wi-Fi module with an m.2 to mini-PCIE adapter for it to operate the card. The 9260 is powered by PCIE, so I didn't have to fiddle with jumpers - the jumpers seem to change the power supply (5v from USB or default 3.3v from PCIE). I connected a USB 2.0 female-to-female cable to my motherboard and both Bluetooth (USB) and Wi-Fi (PCIE) from the card work fine. It's flat, has the necessary screws, and most importantly, it works.
