There are twelve large metal needles with a blunt end of a tapestry needle, suitable for weaving the yarn ends, as well as decorating a plain knitted "fabric" with embroidery. There are four of each in three different sizes to fit most yarns. They are too big for fine openwork yarn or crochet. Straight needles like these work well for braiding ends, but curved needles are easier to work with. These metal needles are pretty good quality, but not the best. The outer parts of the eyes in particular are slightly rough in places. The screw-top container is just over four inches long. It has enough room for those needles and a few more.
