Great knife! Stays hot until I had to use it on some salmon. it warns you not to use on the bones! Got the stone on it very quickly, resharpened immediately, no problems with this knife except things stick to it a little more than I thought just because it pointed to the grooves to prevent sticking. It's quite heavy compared to the high-carbon steel I'm used to, which only makes me more cautious about using it and makes me love it more. I've lived 33 years without seams (ruined last year, I'm 34). I have to live with a knife like that for another 50 years! Good tools do good. This is a good tool!
