It has all the features that you need as an hotel manager so I can get down to business right away with it without having to spend time searching through a manual or trying to figure out how something works by trial and error. The software is very easy to use and navigate which makes my life easier. Nothing at this point but everything seems like its in place and working perfectly. As far as user friendly goes there isn't much of anything to dislike about this product. Go ahead give it a try! It's great to have one central system instead of several different ones. We are able to track all our staff members' hours while also keeping track of who worked when and who wasn't where they were supposed to be. This helps us keep everyone accountable for their job responsibilities and shows them exactly what tasks they're responsible for completing each day.
