I like how easy it was to set up our account, but also that there's such an array of features available within this platform! Truly amazing service with so many options at your fingertips - something we don't have as much control over when working through other vendors (like Knoji). It would be great if you could add more advanced reporting capabilities or even custom filters/criteria into one report rather than multiple reports being required each week from different platforms. We are able to keep track all clients' bookings throughout their trip using only 1 integration point instead of having 2 separate sources tracking them individually.
