Update 3 It's been nothing but a headache every time you call the factory saying not to use shiny or oily coffee beans, me don't know what kind this is The machine accepts as I've tried all non-shiny lean beans and it's still giving me an e01 error every day. I learned how to clean it but I have to go through this process daily, such a waste of money. Update: going from 1 star to 3, it was fairly easy to fix but it keeps doing it, I've had the same car for 2 years, decided to get a new one and service the old one as it has it's own problems got the new wednesday, used thursday for half a day. and it stopped working with error E 01, I called the manufacturer, they said to use low-fat or shiny coffee beans, the one I used wasn't very shiny anyway, I lasted for several hours. until I found the leanest and shiniest beans, after tons of cleaning and trying it worked another half day and the error is back, I used the same coffee beans on my old machine and never had this problem, the new one is pickier and won't accept the same or better coffee, it's Sunday and I'll update my review after speaking to the manufacturer again.
