I am very happy with the vacuum. I will say that it is made very high quality and reliable. I have 3 dogs, one of which is a golden retriever, and the vacuum helped a lot. Works well on carpets and hard floors. I had some minor issues like all robot vacuums like getting stuck. However, this only happened twice! The cartography is fantastic. The app can be a little buggy. Sometimes it freezes and I have to close and restart the app. But nothing that doesn't matter much. This vacuum cleaner does not replace your regular deep cleaning. I think people tend to forget it. But it takes on a lot more than I thought it would and helps so much with weekly dog grooming. I keep the vacuum cleaner clean and make sure the sensors aren't covered in dust or have problems. The battery can run out quickly and needs to be charged once to do the whole house. But it does it on its own and picks up where it left off, so it's not a problem at all. I am very glad we chose it because in general we are very satisfied! I posted a video, our house is being renovated, so it's a bit messy.
