I REALLY want to give this product 5 stars. But unfortunately I can't. Within 15 minutes of opening it, I was trying to adjust the height and one of the large bolts popped out. Apparently it was torn from the inside and was no longer used. Soon I'm going to the hardware store to find something more durable to replace it with. Overall the product is really great so I don't want to return it. It seems extremely durable (no bolt) which is exactly what I needed. I also don't trust the included screws enough to request a replacement, so I'll just get something stronger. Aside from that small (but very important) issue, the thing seems built to last.
