Light stopped working

I was very impressed with this flashlight, which fit great, looked great, and was easy to install, however, now it will not turn on. I ensured that the battery was installed properly and that it was fully charged (with the green light on while charging). I really only turned it on a dozen times or so. If anyone has tips to make this flashlight work or if there is a replacement option I would appreciate it and make this review 5/5 because I really was impressed with this order.
