I ordered this watch strap after having the same old plastic strap that came with my watch. I was optimistic after reading some of the previous reviews and found the rose gold design to be visually appealing. When I got it in the mail I was very happy with how the bracelet looked overall, but the company doesn't give you any decent tools to adjust the bracelet to your wrist size. The tool broke before I could detach a piece of the strap to carry it. Sure it was a good idea, but the company cut too many corners and doesn't give you what you pay for.
