Nice little projector full of annoying little things

I've had this little projector for over a month now. ADVANTAGES. It's compact when it works well, it basically works very well. He does his job well. It has batteries, but they don't last long if you don't have a light source in Eco mode. It's not difficult and works most of the time. CONS1. At least I'm having some trouble connecting it to the cable box properly. The picture is ok, but sometimes the sound works and sometimes it doesn't. The same HDMI source always works fine when used with my old OPTOMA HD projector or my LED TV. So the problem is with the projector. I took the time to write AAXA before writing this review. We exchanged emails with a nice guy named Michael. Most of the time he tried to explain how things work and I was the only one with the problem. After going back and forth 9 times, I finally gave up. He was very kind in apologizing, but again he said there must be a compatibility issue between my cable box and the device (again, the problem was with me, not the device). As I explained to him in my last letter before I gave up I get sound, other days I don't turn it on, turn it off. If it's not compatible, it just won't work because software can't "fix problems" (it's not a programmer, it's just a program), so it doesn't figure out what's wrong. If it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't (while the connection is always good everywhere), then the problem is either with the HDMI input or with the projector software. That's all. So we agreed to disagree.2. Other annoying little problems: a. I put the lamp in BOOST mode, and the projector itself returns the brightness to standard in 10 minutes. It just doesn't stay on BOOST (brightest)b. The focus is very annoying. It's just a short wheel, so if you miss the exact spot, you'll be out of focus. ALSO, when using the included tripod and listening loudly to the built-in speaker, it wobbles enough to make it move out of focus. I have to get up every 20 minutes to refocus.c. It's typical of all these little projectors: the interface works, but it's awful, and the remote control is just junk. It's just full of little nagging issues that really detract from what could have been an enjoyable experience. Their customer service is responsive but I wish they would try to fix problems instead of trying very politely to reassure the user that the device is fine. Simply because it works and is bright (though very often only when it seems so) and has sound (again mostly when you want it). 3 stars.

Pros
