I can say that this software is very useful in our work because it helps us organize all information about customers who are interested by advertising campaigns we create online (we use many tools like Facebook Ads Manager or Google Adwords). It's also easy-to -use interface makes everything much easier than before! Sometimes you need some extra training but after few hours your knowledge grows up fast so there isn't any problem at first sight :) For me maybe not such good solution if someone wants only one tool where he/she could see how his customer list looks now compared withe old version? In case somebody needs just an overview over existing lists without complicated settings etc., then definitely give try out :D.
