Never buy Apple products! After many years of cooperation with this company, I faced a very unpleasant situation. I bought a MacBook 13 2022 laptop in August 2022. Nothing foreshadowed trouble, but literally after 2 months the entire screen was covered with scratches, due to which it is no longer even possible to use a laptop normally. At what he was in overlays and the screen was protected (as I thought). I contacted Apple several times for support and was rudely denied. They said the dust was the culprit. That it needs to be wiped every minute (as I did) and be sure to buy accessories to protect at least 10 thousand, this would definitely help, otherwise we can’t help. The output they gave me is this: When buying a laptop for 120 thousand, you should put it in and not touch it, just wipe it and blow it out every day. Worse than this laptop I have ever seen, although it was my big dream. Unfortunately, I encountered such a problem and there is nothing you can do, but I strongly recommend not to spend money and your nerves on Apple. You throw your money down the drain and if there is any problem, they will not even listen to you! When I asked to speak to the repairman, he refused to come out and talk to me.
