After I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance I had to replace all my wooden spoons (wooden spoons contain gluten). I've wanted to replace them for years and finally did. After many years of cooking and baking I can say that these spoons are probably the best I have ever owned (except for very expensive exotic spoons). wooden spoons that are no better than these but look like works of art). I love these spoons so much and kick my butt that I waited so long to buy them. Highly recommended. PS: I also appreciate that each spoon is individually wrapped. This protected the spoons in transit and they arrived in perfect condition.
