Disappointed. The heads of two of the three screws popped out when I tightened them and didn't use brute force. I can't do brute force. I've never had a broken screw. The worst thing is that the screw is stuck in the bracket. A magical force (a broken screw stuck in the mount) keeps the mount in place without the screw heads. I've heard people say that screws are cheap, buy your own. Now I understand! The mount itself is 90% plastic but seems to work pretty well. Big base. Can't say anything about durability yet, but I think it will work. I'm surprised because it's 90% plastic. The part that screws into your camera is metal. Interestingly, this is the same metal in the screws. Buy this for assembly, but BUY OTHER QUALITY SCREWS or you'll be in my situation - don't know how to get this thing off. I'll deal with that when the time comes (Prediction: Destroy the plastic mount).
