Disappointing stretch bands for team sports
My analysis of this product showed that the stretch bands are too tight and do not provide enough resistance for effective training .While they are meant to improve speed and agility, I didnt feel any significant improvement after using them for several weeks. The only positive aspect is that they are durable and haven't torn or broken yet. Overall i do not recommend these bands for sports and outdoors enthusiasts looking to enhance their training..
