My wife likes this more than I do. We ordered jewelry from Samaira Jewelry. Some of them were very good. I love the idea that they make beautiful jewelry from a very good metal, 925 sterling silver, and then plating it in 14k gold, giving the jewelry all the good qualities of gold jewelry without the high price tag. In many cases this works very well. However, this adjustable, diamond accent framed, stackable ring was lacking in my opinion. As I said, my wife likes it better than I do, but I think it looks a little flimsy and fragile. She likes the elegance of the ring and I think since this ring can be folded it should be smaller. Also, the gold looks a little DARK YELLOW than I think. Not sure if it's because they plate it in a different gold alloy than what I'm used to, or maybe it's 18k yellow gold - it's not clear in the description. They claim their diamonds are "conflict free". In fact, I don't know enough about the diamond industry to understand what that means (aside from the most basic news reports) and if there is a real way to certify such things. I leave such things to governments. If it makes you feel better, then they claim to be doing the right thing. I still give the ring four stars because it's beautiful and my wife doesn't mind that it's small. She loves it and that's the most important thing. Also, it's reasonably priced, appears to be well made and I don't think anyone other than a jeweler could tell the difference between this and a much more expensive piece of jewellery.
