Watched the installation video on YouTube, everything went smoothly. In total it took about 25 minutes. The reason for the 3 stars is that it's almost as quiet on ramp up as the rest of the factory adjuster doors, there's a slight scraping noise but mainly the ramp down is the problem. In the last half of the window going down I hear a rub/scratch and it looks like there is a vibration issue. It's not very loud, but it's definitely noticeable. I double checked after screwing everything and attaching the window to make sure the mechanism or window wasn't rubbing against the inside of the door. And after pacing about 20 times before reinstalling the vapor barrier and panel, I still didn't see any external problems. This leads me to believe it's in the motor housing, rail or rod in the tube and I want to turn it on before I put the door in to check. A bit disappointed but it works functionally. I hope it lasts as long as the factory regulator that was 12 years old. I'll add a video in the next few days so you can hear the audio. It's also possible that it's some sort of audio cutoff, but I highly doubt it.
