It is very easy to use and it has many features that make your life easier while managing food orders. The customer support team is amazing too! I don't like how you can not edit some of the fields in order form. For example if you are using "email" field as email address you cannot change it after submitting the order. Sometimes when there are more than 100 customers at once, sometimes we get an error or something else wrong happens. In this case we need to contact with their customer service department but they usually help us to solve our problems quickly. As far as i know most people who want to place online orders have computers so it doesn't matter weather you're working on computer or smartphone. We also receive all our orders through web which makes things much faster and easier because we do not need to go out to restaurants to pick up orders.
