Please define "FAST CHARGING "
Far from fast charging. My battery was 30% full when I plugged it in and it still took 1 hour 38 minutes to fully charge when I wasn't using my phone and all apps were idle and there's nothing fast about it. Am I missing something or what qualifies as a "fast" Samsung Galaxy Note 9?
