I bought this item for two reasons, firstly it was made for commercial use and secondly because of the 50ft cord. Most steam mops are $100 or less, this one was $117, I didn't save much on the purchase. For a "so-called"commercial" steam mop, there's nothing else to be said. It's junk made in China from cheap plastic. I have a good opinion of Bissell products, but this item really let me down, even that one Handle is plastic that I didn't have to pay shipping or tax I just hope it works better than it looks or it comes back says to only use distilled water if I knew that I wouldn't buy other steamers work great with tap water second it leaves too much water on the floor third the scrubber is useless i found that you have to lower and raise it by hand if i wanted to bend down and pour water all over the place i would use a bucket of water and an old, smelly mop. A brush is only a good idea if I don't have to use it to lower and raise or bend down to lower and pick it up, and in the end it didn't do the job very well. Also, many steam mops have a head that flips over so you can use the other side of the cleaning pad. It only has one working side, so if it gets really dirty you can't flip it, you have to change pads with more than one at a time. For example, I don't want to use the same side of carpet in my bathroom and then use it in the kitchen with the Shark steamer, you don't have to change the carpet. Finally, the head is designed so that there is an open or empty space between the pad and the head that allows water to pool and remain on the underside of the head even after you remove the pad so you do will now drip water when removing. . All in all, it's a real bummer. It's poor design and does a terrible job. I would give 0 stars if I could
