I love this shirt. In general, I have a problem with the length of the sleeves (too short) with long-sleeved shirts, especially if there is a thumb hole. Another issue I often encounter is the lack of shoulder/arm room, which can be an issue for any woman lifting weights. With this shirt that's no problem at all. Great fit, great material, great buy.
