Review on VECLESUS VM1 HD 1080P Backup Camera Kit: High Definition Reversing System for Cars, Trucks, and SUVs by Michael Olsen

I am very impressed with this Veclesus camera system. Initially I was a bit worried about the purchase as I had no knowledge or experience with these systems and I have never installed such a system in my car. Now I'm a believer! It's an impressive tool for my minivan that doesn't have a factory backup camera system. The installation didn't cause any problems. All in all it took me about 3 hours. I modified the camera mount on the back of the minivan by adding some small brackets that hold the camera above the license plate and are well hidden in the minivan license plate. Also, instead of removing the interior panels of the minivan, I decided to route the system cables primarily in the trim edges. I think this approach was much easier and took less time. I also ended up routing the cables out of the van skin, providing a loop for the movement and routing it through the hatch skin. It was easier than trying to get it through the hatch's wire rails. For the screen, I used the suction cup mount that came with the system and attached the screen just below the rear view mirror. Be sure to check out the photos and video of the installation.
