Review on High-Speed Steel (HSS) Planer Blades Set of 3 - Replacement for DEWALT DW7342 DW734 by POWERTEC 12801 by David Tison

This is the second set I have bought to replace my Dewalt planer. The first set lasted several months in use. I liked them so much that I ordered another set in November 2017 "just in case". Decided to change knives in April 2018 after noticing some wear and tear. The new set is complete junk. The first 1" x 4" pine board looked worse than it did before it was put through the planer. Several scratches on wood. I removed the knives and saw chips in 2 of them. What happened to the quality I experienced with the 1st set? Too late for return and refund. I will NOT spend my money on them again.
