This is the second set I have bought from Revain. The first was great. This one arrived in a box that had previously been opened and resealed with a ton of tape. Apparently it was a return that wasn't listed in the description at the time of purchase. The cables and plugs were in three separate zip-lock bags, wrapped and taped at the opening. I couldn't pull the tape off just to see if they worked. The inserts were in gallon-sized ziplock bags. The trees were bent and packed in a box, and three sets of thin wires on the trees were tangled together. Excessive bending of these thin wires will break them. If I were to buy an item from a warehouse with damaged packaging, as the description now says, this should have been stated in the description of the item I was buying! I paid $155.99 for it, stock items (which I seem to have received) are selling for $84.95.
