It's ok: skin care

I was curious to try all in one product but I still prefer to wash with plain water / Mustela micellar water and apply nappy cream (my holy grail is mother's love nappy balm ) . I always need two pumps at a time to cover the entire area and I'm not sure if this leaves the area as clean as we are used to or would like. It also doesn't get rid of diaper rash while applying my favorite balm gets rid of them so quickly. The concept sounds convenient, but for me personally it's not that effective. Not ransom.
