Review on 27" Apple iMac All-in-One (Retina 5K, Mid 2017) MNE92RU/A, 5120x2880, Intel Core i5 3.4GHz, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD, AMD Radeon Pro 570, MacOS, Silver by Wiktor Popiel ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I was surprised by the quality for the price.

I used to use Macbooks for a while before switching to an iMac, but I once had the thought that since I spend the majority of my time at the table, I don't really need the extra portability and mobility. Prior to this model, there was Air 2022, and I was shocked to see the price disparity between both when I compared the specifications. The iMac is one of Apple's most affordable and high-quality computers. If you decide to create your own 5K monitor, it will cost more than twice as much as this poppy. Moreover, a keyboard and mouse are included. I added extra RAM to the transaction. Performance issues are not an issue for me; I use a browser, mail, office programs, and minimal graphic rendering. You may organize all the necessary application windows on one screen thanks to the large screen. This gadget is made to be utilized. I would highly recommend the purchase to anyone who has any reservations!

Pros
  • Incredible screen; fantastic design, despite being dated; excellent equipment; ease with which RAM can be increased - wire-free - quiet - several connectors - only one cable to connect
Cons
  • In general, the system caches the files of the most frequently used programs in the SSD. The system, while working rapidly, occasionally pauses while accessing large programs or files (if they are located on the HDD). I would choose the option with an SSD if it weren't so pricey.

Given the cost of a 5k monitor, they give it away almost for nothing The best price / quality of all apple technology
