Not good for personal fans impressed

My first impression of this fan when opening it was not positive. The packaging was awful, styrofoam sticking out everywhere. There was still a blue protective film on the front of the fan blades, but not on the back. The batteries were not charged at all. While inspecting the fan, my impression hasn't improved. The fit and finish is poor. One example is the fit of the LED display - there are gaps at the top and bottom between it and the battery compartment. The solar panel grid is offset in an aluminum frame so thin it can be bent with your fingers. The design is not conducive to portability. The instruction manual is terrible. After charging, when I first used the fan, the handle nails on the back of the fan shroud broke off on one side. There is a slap in the fan shaft, especially at low speeds. The noise level is not bad, but not outstanding either. On the plus side, there are 12 speed settings. The speed will go low again every time the fan is cycled off and on again. There is an LED display that shows the fan speed and after a few seconds shows the remaining battery percentage. The USB port can be used to charge another device. Measured power of the solar panel: 20.5 V, 520 mA. I had high hopes for this fan based on its performance, but cannot recommend it due to its shortcomings.
