Received this in hopes that it would keep the GPS (Garmin navies) closer to the driver and away from the windshield. We have just returned from a 2400 mile trip and are very pleased. It fits easily into the center dash vent of my Honda Cr-V and is just as easy to remove and move out of sight when not in the car. Installed in an air vent, it keeps the GPS within reach. It's also better protected from the sun, making it easier to see in daylight. Only once in the entire ride did he accidentally come out of the vent and hit the compression lip like a speed bump at 70 mph on the interstate. If not, it was difficult. It kept the GPS at the position I set with no problem. I am very happy with this gadget.
