My retiree developed ulcers on his ankles after a twisted tendon and arthritis. Every time I thought I was healed, the wounds reopened no matter how deep I got into the stable. Very frustrating! My sister recommended these hock pads to me which she has used successfully on her older horse. They are easy to put on, stay put, don't bother my horse at all and best of all the hock sores healed within a week of using them! They can be washed well in both the washing machine and the dryer. Great product - highly recommend.
