Compact and full of battery diagnostic functions

This little tester packs a lot of features. Despite detailed instructions, the battery tester is quite easy to use. The menus are clear and concise. The buttons are tactile and large enough to be pressed with work gloves on. While all the features are listed here (I won't list them), I like being able to do a quick test and see the battery status right away. As cars have been upgraded with more sensors and computers, cars have become much more sensitive to battery health. You'll need to provide specific information about your battery, but once you've done that, various tests can give a more accurate indication of the battery's health - ripple, voltage, cranking power. Starting power is an important test, for example, in the fall if you live in a cold climate: in cold weather, the battery may not have the cranking current needed to start the car. Modern cars can often have various electrical problems, which turn out to be a weak battery. This includes issues such as ABS and DSC lamps. How a weak battery manifests itself depends on the power management strategy that a modern car uses. But often strange electrical problems arise (where check engine lights or other warning lights come on) with no other negative consequences. Usually, professional technicians check the condition of the battery as one of the first tests. This battery tester can test all common models. Batteries (as shown in the photo). 6V cells can also be tested, including small lawn/garden/tractor batteries and sports car batteries.
