Cartridge not working

I bought this when my HP Laserjet light came on. As soon as the original cartridge was empty and started showing lines, he went in for a replacement. Now that the return period has passed, I have found that when installing these aftermarket cartridges, the printer says "THE TONER MEMORY SEEMS TO BE MISSING", rendering the cartridges essentially unusable. DO NOT BUY!
