Autel MK808 works on Android tablet platform. It's easy to use and has so many features and functions I was hoping for and then some. After new tires were fitted and wheel alignment was done at a local tire repair and service dealer, the vehicle had stability and traction control issues. The store wanted to charge over $300 worth of parts to replace the yaw sensor just because it was one of the existing codes. I suspect they never changed the yaw sensor and wanted to do it at my expense. After purchasing the MK808 I checked the operation of the affected systems and found a faulty wheel speed sensor. A good sensor cleaning and rotating magnet eliminated problems at the expense of the tool alone. This is not a cheap product, but it almost paid for itself the first time I used it. The tool arrived from Revain within a few days, as usual, and the Revain driver placed it in a safe place on my porch, away from prying eyes and the weather. My only criticism of the scan tool is that the user manual doesn't even come close to providing information about the capabilities of the Autel MK808. great for people who have at least a basic understanding of how modern cars work, or those looking to learn. The Internet, including the Autel site, is a great source of information and practical advice for those with a crafty mind. If you're fed up with the incompetence of local workshops and dealers, get some good tools like the MK808 and do it yourself.
