I bought this because I was tired of using other measuring spoons that are all "bundled". This double-sided measuring spoon is very convenient to use. The volume markings are engraved (not printed) and it comes with a graduation to measure length (quite helpful when I need to cut the tofu evenly into eight equal pieces for Tofu Agedashi). The material is durable, does not bend easily and is dishwasher safe. I often use a tablespoon to measure the tara to broth ratio when making ramen and a teaspoon to measure the soy sauce, mirin, hondashi, and water ratio for agedashi or nibitashi. I recommend this product for its convenience and dual-sided measurement design.
