Terrible Training Tool for Supervising
Based on my observations this product has failed in almost all areas. The training system is extremely complicated and nonintuitive, making it difficult to use for both trainers and trainees. The product is also unreliable and often crashes, making it impossible to properly monitor employee phone calls. .
