I have one that I have had for years! Has lost much of its elasticity but still works. I've been looking for this forever. Covers most of the body. Family members always want to borrow it. Will be ordering one for all family members as an extra Christmas present. The knit bandage is like a premium bandage, stretchy, has a velcro strap that sticks to any part of the bandage. Hand wash, air dry. I have not found the insert to fall out. There is a Velcro tab that holds the insert. However, if you stretch the entire bandage, I can see where the velcro can come loose. I always put a compress on a swollen or painful area and then hold it in place by pulling the rest of the bandage around my body, head, arm, leg or foot. The entire bandage measures approximately 33" x 6", the pouch measures approximately L 10" x W 5 1/2" It stretches approximately twice, so approximately 66 inches. The jelly insert measures approximately 10" x 4 1/2" and is interchangeable.
