Changing batteries!
Look, if you're buying this thing because your remote screen suddenly stopped working, do yourself a favor and save $10. Substitute. . batteries. I bought this because I thought my screen was blank in the remote and my new screen was so dark you couldn't read it. After a short period of frustration, I decided to try new batteries. Even though I now have two remotes, changing the batteries helps a lot.
- Using the remote control: Aim at the sensor while avoiding obstacles. Make sure the remote control is pointed at the remote control sensor on the unit.
