I have worn several different types of magnetic bracelets and this is by far the best. I'm a waiter, so I have to protect my wrists from carpal tunnel. I had severe left wrist pain from tension and ibuprofen didn't help. I put this bracelet on and when I finished my shift I noticed I wasn't in pain, but what was even more exciting was I HAD 3X MORE ENERGY AND NEITHER MY LEGS! My wrist pain is almost gone and my legs and feet feel better and are less swollen. My energy levels have gone up and that's good, natural, healthy energy.
