Not the best quality among power tools and hand tools

First all contact points are plastic not metal. This means that you cannot use it for heavy work (hard-to-open nuts). The build quality is also low. It only looks good in the picture but when you actually use it you will find that it is very poor value for money so disappointing. In addition, this product is also incompatible or useless for most new faucet hardware because the size and type of fastener is not applicable to this tool.
