Review on 🦷 Toothpaste for Strengthening Protection: Sensodyne Pronamel by Beny Teller

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Tastes like dessert, works like magic

It tastes like brushing your teeth with mint vanilla. Hooray! Started using Sensodyne Pronamel a few years ago after being told by Dr. Ally's "Kiss Your Dentist Goodbye" (silly name) system. I used to always use ordinary toothpastes, but now it's time for a radical change. (After being the perfect cleaning/candy angel and never having a single tooth decay — not even wearing braces for a few years — until I was in my 20s, suddenly boom — 3 a year. Obviously, chronic sleep deprivation affects your immune system a way , which can make tooth decay worse (as does cranberry juice.) I was so traumatized by the year of tooth decay that I (against common sense) avoided the dentist for several years afterwards—just my usual Sonicare routine, plus some xylitol gum when I did I was too lazy for the full Dr Ellie system - the only real change I made was switching to Pronamel Finally, last week I was back - no new cavities, everything great. This is despite consuming large amounts of chocolate or candied espresso beans and about 3-5 cups of strong coffee/tea daily, and I still don't get much sleep, so I'm full trust in Pronamel because it has been pain free and tooth decay free for the last few years. (And I'm also pretty sure they're whiter too than they used to be when I used Colgate/Crest Whitening Bullshit and didn't drink coffee - which is crazy.) Magic; Lifeguard - I'll stock it up if it ever goes out of production.

Pros
  • Has low abrasiveness, neutral pH and a gentle but effective cleaning system
Cons
  • No instructions
