Review on 🚱 Carbon Water Filter Compatible with Amway by Kevin Singh

***UPDATE*** I've been using this filter for 4 months now and I can already taste the chlorine. Chlorine is one of the easiest things to remove from water. So I had to use 3 of these filters a year while the Amway filter lasted a full year. For this reason I downgraded my stars from 3 to 1. I would advise you NOT to buy this filter! (End of update) Fits, works, but no real details. All statements made in this review are correct as of 07/28/2016. I've been using this filter for about 2 weeks now. It fits, it seems to work, but... When I pulled the filter out of the box, I found that it wasn't the right size. It is less. If you visit the seller's website (WaterFiltersOnline.com) you will know that this is the old ¾ filter which means it is 3/4 times smaller than Amway. It's wearable? Of course! It works out? I can't say for sure. I can't feel anything in the water. However, taste is not everything. Tasteless water can contain many pollutants. Does this filter remove them? Neither the Revain listing nor the seller's website contain information about what will be removed. . Here I still have microbubbles almost 2 weeks later. Is it a big deal? I'm not sure, although it does suggest this isn't the filter I bought from Amway. The Revain listing says the filter has a 1250 gallon capacity, same as Amway. The listing also states that the filter size is 0.5 microns. If I remember correctly, Amway had 0.02. This means that this filter lets through 25 times more objects than the Amway filter. If you physically compare this filter to an Amway filter, it becomes clear that the outer fabric cover is nowhere near as tightly woven as Amway's. the size of the particles it's blocking, or incredibly, what it's blocking. Didn't you expect to see these details on their main page? It indicates which Amway products this filter is suitable for. All of this makes me concerned about the capabilities of this filter. However, it is enough until I buy a newer filter system from Amway.
