Overall I'm very happy with this bag. It had everything I needed for walking around Naples and the Amalfi Coast including a rolled up hat. And I'm not a light packer! The strap is quite thick and feels a bit uncomfortable until it snaps, which I think is due to the safety feature, so it's ok. That distracts from the everyday aesthetics and for me this bag is unlikely to be suitable for everyday use. It's also heavier than, say, a Lesportsac of the same size, but the security is worth it. The basic shape of the bag doesn't look like a handbag like some of the others I've reviewed, which meant I was able to persuade my friend to carry it on occasion. The only thing I'm really unhappy with is that the black piece came off almost immediately. The photo shows the bag after a week of normal use. I colored it with black felt tip pen and hope it lasts a long time.
