I used to have ulcers caused by occasional bites on my cheeks and lips. They could get so bad I could lie in bed suffering. About 15 years ago I discovered (can't remember how) that the active ingredients in Total toothpastes (all flavors and types) can prevent those occasional bites from turning into horrific sores. Since then I have been using Total Colgate toothpastes (various flavors, pastes or gels). If you suffer from ulcers, you must try it!
