The adapter worked for me for almost 6 months. Rarely used but never had any problems. Until it fell apart on only one side: I attached an image to the customer images section. So. 3 stars: The product is good and works well, although the design itself is weak. Even with careful occasional use, it breaks easily. 04/12/2013 - Update I contacted support: They sent me a replacement. Works perfect. I switched from 3 to 4 stars as the unit itself worked perfectly and in the event of a physical failure the supplier fixed the issue in a timely and efficient manner. There can be up to 5 starts in a couple of months if there are no issues with the replaced adapter.
