I don't know what everyone else is saying, we haven't had a single problem with this thing. The flow is great if you have a good pressure you will have a great shower with this shower. This is a fairly cheap head so there may be a difference in experience. We installed it in a replacement bathroom to make it look nice, which it does. We started working on our master so we have been using this shower head for a while and we all love this shower head. We don't mess with it, maybe that reduces the chances of it breaking. We'll get another one for the master!
